1. Amarr robes and hoods in portraits not same as ingame - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
All my toons came out exactly the way i wanted it to. I just used 1 box to take the snapshots in. So there might be an issue with using the 4 snapshot boxes and the one the server takes.

In the section where you choose the robe, on the bottom left there are 2 arrows < > somet like that, with 1/3 next to it. Those are the "tuck" options. Thats will toggle the Hood! Join the club
